The two of us, working alongside our own AI tooling and agents. No juniors, no subcontractors, no offshore team — the people on the call are the people building it, and the tooling and experience are how a team of two puts out the work of a team of ten.

Product strategy, UX and UI design, frontend, backend, AI systems, auth, payments, infrastructure and deployment. It also covers the small things that usually get forgotten: analytics, transactional email like signups, resets and receipts, your domain with SSL and DNS, error tracking and uptime alerts, backups, and SEO basics with social link previews. If it's needed to get live, it's in the price.

Small changes are normal and we absorb them. Anything that moves the launch date we price and agree before starting — never a surprise invoice.

Yes. Full IP, in your repo, on your accounts, from the first commit. No lock-in and nothing to license from us.

Yes. We can build a new surface alongside what exists, or embed with your team for a phase. That's usually a Custom engagement.

We're founders, not an agency that took on a client. We've raised money, launched products and sold companies ourselves, so you get judgement on what to build — not just execution. The other difference is what we actually do: agencies and freelancers sell code, design and project management, we do product development. We go deep on the problem, how best to solve it, and how the product earns engagement, retention and conversion — with growth mechanics built in rather than bolted on later. And the two people you speak to are the two people who build it.

Then you don't pay the remaining 50%. We set the timeline ourselves during scoping, so hitting it is our problem — the only thing that moves it is us waiting on you.

It depends on the project, but in general: React on the front end, Python and FastAPI on the back, PostgreSQL for data, REST and GraphQL APIs, and Supabase or AWS for hosting. It's a boring, proven stack on purpose — any developer can pick it up after we hand it over.

We stay on for two weeks after delivery and fix any issues that come up — bugs, edge cases, things that only show up once real users arrive. It's included in the price, not a support retainer. After that you own a clean, documented repo any developer can pick up, and if you want us to keep building we quote the next phase the same way.

We agree the scope, the design and the features up front, so what you get is what you pictured — and you see it running from week one, so there are no reveals at the end. Any bugs or issues get fixed as part of the price, including for two weeks after delivery.

It depends on our availability — we only run a small number of projects at a time. Usually within one to two weeks of an agreed scope, and we'll tell you honestly on the call if it's longer.
